Returns & Exchannges
We strive for a 5-star experience and would like you to be happy with your item. Please send us a message if you have any concerns. We will work with you to find a solution!
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for orders (except custom made items.) Kindly send us a message within 3 days of receiving your item. You may choose between refund or an exchange. Buyer will not be refunded original shipping costs (if applicable) and buyer will pay for return shipping. Please ship out your item back to us within 3 days of communicating with us.
Payment Policy
Debit and credit cards are processed through Paypal Express Checkout. You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay via credit or debit card.
We are required by the state of California to charge a sales tax of 7.25-8.375% to purchases made with addresses within California. For addresses within Vallejo, you will be charged a sales tax of 8.375%. Addresses outside Vallejo, you will be charged 7.25%
Custom orders will need to be paid up front before we can begin working on your order.
Shipping Policy
We use USPS First Class Mail but do have options for upgrades to Priority Mail if you prefer.
For international sales, we use USPS First Class International Mail. Please note that you may need to pay for duties and taxes when the package arrives in your country.
